During construction we visit the site regularly to become familiar with construction quality and progress. We review shop drawings and sample materials for compliance with the Contract Documents, certify the Contractor’s Application for Payment, and prepare Change Orders as necessary.  We advise you throughout the construction process, and assist the Contractor by interpreting the Contract Documents and supplying supplemental information when needed. An inspection for Substantial Completion is
performed at the end of a project.
